The 27 unit apartment building in West Adams takes design inspiration from the southern California landscape and beautiful natural light. The undulating curves soften the facade, creating an inviting and open statement for the building’s street presence. The curves have been rendered in a light, sand colored stucco, bringing a soft coastal aesthetic to the building’s appearance.

The building utilizes Los Angeles’ Transit Oriented Community density bonus scheme, provided much need affordable housing in the vibrant West Adams neighborhood. The addition of 27 units allows the West Adams neighborhood to continue and grow thrives, with residents being able to enjoy the numerous new local bars, restaurants, and entertainment destinations.

Internally, a palette of soft off whites, natural wood colors, and grey stones further tie the building into the tones of the Southern California landscape. Large open plan kitchens and living rooms, along with private outdoor space for each unit, allows the building’s tenants to live in a modern and easy manner.
